Open a new document and select the linear gradient tool. Using a foreground to background gradient, go to the gradient color and select a very light blue and white color. Apply the gradient. Add a new layer above it and apply those clouds brushes.

Open the rock image and cut it using the pen-tool. Copy that rock on to our main document and duplicate that layer 3 times. Using a soft-edges eraser, erase the edges of those rocks to make them look like as if they have blended into the sky.

Open the grass image and cut it, by again using the pen-tool. Place it well below the canvas just as shown below.

Open the castle image into photoshop and isolate it by our favourite tool, the pen-tool. Then place it over the grass-field. Apply some color balance to it and make it look like a golden palace. Using a soft-edged eraser, erase few edges of the palace.

Add a new layer. Using the ellipce tool draw an oval shape. Right click on it and select a 4 pixel stroke. Press 'D' to deselect it. You will see a ring, make sure that the ring is white. Duplicate these rings a few times and add them above those rocks. You can mask out the ring to make them look like as if they are surrounding those rocks. See the image below for better result.

Open the fairy and isolate her from the background. Apply some dodge and burn tool to blend the fairy with our scene. Create a new layer and apply those fairy dust brushes.

We are almost done here. For those rays above the palace and rock, you can use the rectangular marquee tool and fill it with white. Apply a gaussian blur filter of radius 6. Use the prespective mode of transformation. With the soft eraser erase the top edges and duplicate the layer a few times. After that create a new layer and using a 300 pixels soft-round white brush apply it on the rocks just like I did below. Your image should look like this.

Apply a few adjustment layers and you are done. ENJOY!!!!
