Work with the type - replaced several areas from Times Square background. Used distort, glow, noise, blur.

Created an original magazine cover layout.

Put a copy of the magazine up on the tall building on the right, using distort and an outer glow, blurred it a bit, then added a copy to the Nasdaq building, using warp.
step 4 of 4
Lowered the opacity to tweak the position around Nasdaq. Finally, increased opacity back to 100% and set blending mode to darken.
