Here liquify warp tool is pulling bird and fines from the skull image.

Further along using the liquify warp tool. When head shape emerged, wing shapes were started.

Now more detail is created with smudge tool and brush tools. Also vines and leaves are both pulled out with smudge tool, and finished off with the hard brush tool, edges sharpened with eraser tool.

Fine tuning is now done on the image at the bottom, again using smudge, brush and eraser tools.

Now background has been added. Both nebula images have been added and reduced in opacity to allow both images to show. Then gradient layer of pastel colors is added and reduced in opacity as well. Birds and vines are now duplicated. Most are added without birds and are placed between background layers and reduced in opacity. Berries also will be added (made from the eyes of the skull) and color changed.

Completed image is merged and then brightened with a gold layer at 36 percent opacity.
