I drew the figure in basic shapes, then started adding fur in cs3 the brush numbers are 14,24, 27, 39, 46, 59. I'm not sure they are standard brushes or not.

highlights and shadows were added then smudged around (alot)
wings, nails, eyes and teeth were finished with a normal brush opacity set really low.
