This is a composite of 2 separate images. I obtained them by purchasing the tutorial
"To The Heavens" from DigitalHeavens.com
The pictures are originally from Night-Fate-Stock at deviantart.

A gradient layer back drop with my moon layer

My landscape panorama was masked, and a HUE/SAT and a
LEVELS adjustment layer were used

next source masked. Layers of color used with lowered opacities and blend modes, for the lighting effect.

Wolf and Owl masked and placed. the stars and wolf shadow were painted in.
