Using clone stamp tool (hardness 35%) I started erasing the most important parts of the face...

Changed saturation and played with curves.

Cut out the background; using smudge tool (spatter brush) I rearranged the hair.

New background inserted.

Duplicated these two layers (woman and sky), merged and applied gaussian blur (10%); then overlayed on the top, to soften the image.
