Here just changed the Saturation to something brownish....

Used the Clone stamp tool combined with the default splatter brush and painted on a new layer........
step 3 of 4
Then masked out areas from the main layer(with the shoutin guy) using eraser with splatter brush.....
step 4 of 4
added the background image and added a new layer with all the work over all other layers blurred a lil and overlayed it.....
