Using moray head as model.. place fish on it to get monster head

continue placing fish in serpentine fashion .. move transform and reduce as necessary

create gradient layer background...
and underwater filter
layer clouds for surface....blur
add omni light at surface
create rays in separate pic and move over place under omnilights

crate monster highlight with a color balance and exposure clipping mask
create monster shadow using a color balance hue and saturation and brightness/contrast clipping mask... merge each ..place shadow over highlight and mask it... paint in highlights

removed and changed teeth to black fish
added shark from my own stock...
placed a few extra fish to give school effect
touch them up with doge and burn
light gradient layer for more of water effect
