First thing I worked was the back ground, which basically from the decorative colors of the cup.

After applying several random filters, here's how it appears.

These are the only parts from the source that I played with... Every element is taken from all these three crops.

Each element is manipulated using different filters. Then everything is arranged accordingly.

The added details are still from the same source, the rim of the cup. After applying brush filters, smudging and changing of mode, here's how it looks like.

I layered a darker color to give emphasis on the subject which is the goblet and lower down a little the other details on the background.
