Use Pen tool to create selection around the sculpture

Copy & Paste into new layer

Using Clone tool, roughly draw in background (don't worry about making it perfect as it will get distorted soon!)

Duplicate sculpture. Go to channels menu, turn off all channels accept for green

Duplicate channel into new document & name 'Displace'

Go to Image > Adjustments > Curve and set the following. Save as Displace

Open background, go to Filter > Distort > Displace, set horizontal & vertical scale to 10. Then select the Displace file. You can also delete the dupulicated layer of the sculpture

Go Layer > Layer Styles > Global Light and set to the following

Convert Sculpture layer to Smart Object

Reduce Fill settings on Sculpture layer to 0, go to Layer > Layer Style > Drop Shadow & apply following settings

Layer > Layer Style > Inner Shadow, set to following

Layer > layer Style > inner Glow, set to following

Bring Fill back up to 100% (I changed my mind, sorry). Use Bas Relief filter effect, set layer mode to Vivid light

Use circular gradient tool in new layer (above background), set to screen, reduce fill to 62% & opacity to 24%. That easy!!
