I downloaded source image and copied it making 3 layers and removed the icecubes from the bottom layer and part of the rind

making a new layer above the 1st I overlaid red to color the drink
step 3 of 3
On the second layer I shaped the ice cubes into heart and removed the back of the orange. The as in last sep, I turned the ice cubes red and added some red to the orange peal
With the 3rd layer, I cut out the logo
