Placed large scale lamp in front. Paint on exposure level to bring back some moonlight. Use "chalk" brush to create leafy shadow.
To create the glow:
1. Start with very low opacity soft round brush. Size of brush should be bigger than lantern glass space. Click to create circle of golden yellow R243 G190 B50) that bleeds beyond lantern edges. Keep clicking to fill until desired color and opacity are achieved.
2. Select the glass layer, but pain on a NEW layer (under the first yellow layer), paint yellow again with same size round soft brush. Selecting the glass confines the paint to the shape.
3. On a third layer above the yellow layers, paint smaller soft circle of off-white (R253 G244 B220) as a center.
step 10 of 15
Duplicate lantern layer, flip vertically, apply ripple effect, stretch and distort, turn down opacity. Paint in light on exposure layer.
