Made a composition, that implies possibility of climbing the mushrooms.
Fog can be achieved either via cloud render, or a dissolve brush & blur. I also add noise.
Create different layers of fog to make impression of different plans and increase the sense of depth of the image.
Also add palm tree for composition.

I added some ground shadows, canopy, as well as high pass, radial blur and other final touch effects.
