Flower shapes are chopped from source. This will be color changed, shaped to several sizes with edit/shape tool, and rotated to fit where needed.

Additional feathers have been clustered from flower petal shape and added to duck in surreal fashion. Color has been changed to red/blues, but will later be changed again.

To create background, the source is duplicated and placed around canvas, and white sprayed over parts ready to liquify warp.

Liquify warp has been used here to create water movement for background. Color changes will be made later.

More airbrushing of light color has been sprayed on to soften lines, and duck and flowers brought in.

A layer of the reed source is added now and refuced in opacity. Eraser tool will erase away part of the lighter areas of this layer, then layer will be duplicated and moved to a different parts of the scene, then layers of reeds will be merged.

Leaf layers have been merged now and opacity brought up and darkened.

Color changes have been made into yellow/oranges and an orange/brown filter placed over entire merged image.

Now the star layer is added using nebula source which is reduced in opacity and which has colored parts removed with soft eraser tool. Reflection is added by duplicating the duck then vertically flipping it, lowering the opacity, then smudging the reflection.
