make a circular selection around the bubble. cut it out. Copy and flip it to fill in the bit at the top

select the ash at the tip of the cigarette. Isolate it from the rest. Make a lot of copies and line them up to make the string
step 5 of 5
duplicate the rounded bubble, place the duplicate behind the original and move it to make the other half of the Yo-yo. Some shadows and small details added after this.
