The statue figure has been chopped out of source photo. Skin tones will be added as well as changes on hands and feet, then clothes will be made from petals of flower in main source photo.

Petals from orchid were duplicated, scaled, and rotated to create the skirt for the dancer. Some color was sprayed on the body under the petalsto show through where petals didn't completely cover body.

Upper part of body has straps added with brush tool, then a group of duplicated petals is merged with some of the pansy-like centers of the orchid to form
the bodice.

Shoes are added using brush tools, and sash around waist is made using the orchid petals again, scaling and rotating as needed.

Head decoration is done using duplicates of the flower petal, sized to several sizes, and rotated as needed.

Dancer is merged to costume then eagle nebula moved in for background, scaling it so that brighter portions are behind dancer. A gradient layer in yellow/oranges will be added and merged to the background.

Several leaves have been chopped out of original source flower photo, and a vine is added with brush tool. Leaves will be duplicated, resized to various sizes, then rotated and added along vine. The cluster of flower petals used for costume is sized larger and added to 'sky' reducing brightness and contrast in different amounts on each one.

Leaves have been added to vine, and now are merged to vine.

Original chopped flowers are added at top of image in the sky, opacity is reduced for each. Next, a new chop is done of the flowers, leaving the stamens and part of the leaves in place. This chop will be duplicated and used in bottom left of image.

Lavendar flowers are added using pansy-like shape from center of flower source. They are scaled to varying sizes, rotated, and will be shaded with burn tool.

Finally, an omni light (filter/render/omni) is added to background behind dancer.
