The background scene is cropped to smaller area w rocks for musicians to sit/stand on.
step 7 of 11
The frog on the swing is chopped. To get the green skin and keep the dress color unchanged, the frog was duplicated, green added to duplication, then the dress and swing in the duplication were erased to allow the original colors to show from first layer. Then the two were merged. The ropes of the swing were extended using the clone tool.
step 8 of 11
Two of the musicians from another source photo are chopped and added. The feet and pant legs were brushed in where missing. A couple of the rocks were lassoed, moved to places where needed for frogs to sit, then rough edges cloned to smooth out. One frog also needed color touch-ups using brush tool around head and instrument. These two were moved around a few times to get the best placement.
step 9 of 11
White frog is chopped, scaled to size and ready to colorize.
step 10 of 11
White frog has had color added using same procedure as girl frog. The whole frog in this case was colorized to green, then with a duplication, the instrument was changed, then with another duplication, the clothes were changed in color, each time erasing the unwanted areas. Three layers were then merged before moving. Here all the frogs have been moved where they will be left in final image.
step 11 of 11
To complete the image, the star layer was added, reduced in opacity, then much of it over figures erased with very soft eraser tool. An omni light (filter/render/omni) is placed behind the frog on the swing.
