step 5 of 6

2 - I created a new layer and painted the dress in a shade of dark orange.
Blend: Color 75%.
3 - Duplicate the layer of the dress and changed the blend to Soft Light 20%.
step 6 of 6
I created a new layer with 40% oppacity and named light/shadow, filled with 50% gray (the Swatches palette), changed the blend mode to Overlay and with the tool Dogde/Burn applied effects of light and shadow in the desired locations.
1 - I created a new layer and painted the wings in "yellow almost orange" color and changed the blend to Color in 100%.
2 - I created a new layer and painted ONLY THE CENTRAL part of the wing with dark orange.
Changed the blend to Soft Light 100%.
To end and to improve the color, I applied a gradient fill on top of all layers, orange light and dark.
Blend: Soft Light blend 40%.
And yet another layer of gradient fill (on top) to black and white:
Blend: Overlay 50%.
