Using a combination of the clone and Patch tools I removed the features from the original painting in order to enable a better blend

I masked in Christina's face, adjusted the Curves and the saturation , added a photo filter and then desaturated and Used the dodge tool on her eyes. This is the general technique I used for all the people.
