Made the wings, body and head the same way as the rest of the scene so far(pen + stroke)

added the moon from adobe's custom shapes and the windows with a simple rectangle... outer glow was added to both....

made tiny dots with the pen tool and then stroked then as well........

thus made a few stars........ the grass was also made with pen.........

added a radial gradent over all the other layers

and then changer the gradent layer's blend to overlay
