I deleted the cup and the apples on the table .... so forgive me Mr.Paul ;)
step 2 of 13
Starting with the table .... a box turned to poly and modified to be table ... if you know what I mean ...
step 3 of 13
Now use simple boxes to create a room around the table .... and make a hole in the wall next to the table to place a window in it .
step 4 of 13
Now I created a window to fill the hole in the wall ...... you can just add a prebuilt one from any collection ...... you can use Evermotion archmodels Vol.4
step 5 of 13
Now to create the curtain I nedded a bar ( thin Cylinder) and 2 Rectanglesto represent the curtain .... I placed the rectangles just as shown in the picture to use them as a cloth objects later.
step 6 of 13
For each rectangle I apllied 2 modifiers ...
1- Garment maker ..... and it's to convert the rectangle to a plan ... set the density to about 0.5 and NOT any more.
2- Wave .... and it's to give a little curtainisty to the plan.
step 7 of 13
Now convert one of the curtains to poly and attach it to the other one .....
Apply (Cloth) modifier to the curtain .. avd from The object properties button add the following objects:(the bar - The window - The wall) as a collision object ... and turn the curtain from inactive to colth, then choose the type of the cloth you want ( I chose cotton).
step 8 of 13
I've added a wind power as displayed in the picture below ...
step 9 of 13
Now add this wind to the cloth forces as shown in the picture below .....
when done prees (simulate local) and wait for the curtain to take the shape you want it to take.....
After the curtain is ready apply(shell - turbo smooth) modifiers to it .....and the curtain is ready
step 10 of 13
The Apple is just a sphere .... turned it into editable poly and using the soft selection iserted the top part of it .... just like the picture :)
step 11 of 13
The cup is 2 cylinders turned to poly and modified to look just like a cup ... or you can get a prebuilt one from any models site ...
step 12 of 13
For the scene lighting I just used (Vray sun) with the settings shown in the picture below .
for the background picture it's from ( Great Outdoors Vol.1)....
