Open the image of another church and use the eraser tool, pen tool, magic wand to seize only the pews

Use the image of the pigeons, cut them out and add a new layer above the other

Place the image of the bride in a new layer and use eraser tool with opacity of 20% in the veil so that it becomes transparent and appear a little out of the pews

Make the final finish, using the radial gradient with yellowish to 30% from the top down
