On second copy, i applied Filter-Brush Strokes--Dark Strokes
On third copy, applied Filter-Stylize--Find Edge, then Filter-Brush Strikes--Dark Strokes

Copy one blending mode to Lighten, opacity 100%
Copy 2 blending mode to Lighten, opacity 54%
Copy 3 blending mode Multiply opacity 100%

Moved up original background layer, selected subject that i want to be sketched, inverted selection, applied layer mask, then added a new layer, to draw the desaturated area under the subject elbow.
