started with a plane, first i tryed to establish topology flow

added a poly sphere.. cuted in 4 and used it to make the back of the head

subdivided and started to add small creases and modify geometry by moving vertexes

imported in zbrush and subdivided

used standard and clay brush to sculpt

drawed the seams and uv mapped the model

used the skin 05 alpha from pixologic to make the pores

painted a base color

aded a redish colour to ears and zones that i thought would be vascularized

aded a darker colour on the zones that are not in the direct light and some desaturated colour where the beard would be

aded some creases to the lips

aded some veins to the ears
