In this drawing I used the fill feature to fill in the background a sky blue. Then I used the paint brush feature with a small round brush to draw in the basic shape of the feather.

Here I added the detail in the feather using the smallest round brush and light gray paint. Then using the spray paint feature I added in the clouds and sun.
