First I selected this wine glass

Then did a copy and paste on the bottom

Then started working with the glass bottle and the lizard..first the bottle..

Put the fetus lizard inside

Added some hue sat and brightness and contrast

Added black vignette

then i put the glass bottle with lizard
step 8 of 13
erased the top of wine glass
step 9 of 13
fix the top and added shadow to the bottom
step 10 of 13
then a simple black and white effect
step 11 of 13
Some brightness and color balance
step 12 of 13
then added tiny greenish color on the middle going to the top
step 13 of 13
And finally added a touch of light reflection on the wine glass
