Different parts of the car were selected using the pen tool. A variety of adjustments were done to each piece, a bit of puppet warp, scale corrections, smudging, painting and erasure work was used. The eyes are painted and free transformed with the bevel emboss layer adjustment.

Got my car like I wanted it and made a shadow using black soft round brush. This layer underneath the car. I applied Gaussian blur and opacity adjustments.

Created some lighting effects by filling 2 layers with 50% grey and then rendering two different color spot-lighting effects. 1st one is blend mode color burn at 55% opacity, second is set to the subtract blend mode and opacity was lowered to 20%.

Everything's good except for the driver side eye/headlight thing. It should be oriented to match the opposite one, and have a highlight from the upper left.
