using freehand paint, blending and cloning I filled in where her hand had been and did some tweaking.
step 4 of 4
Using the distort tool I distorted Joe, then elongated her, stacking multiple copies of her in the bottle. Some shading added, blending on the bottle and hand to get desired effect. Transpency was also adjusted for the bottle.
