Cut out a copy of the tracks.
Use the deform and perspective tool to make it look like its going off the side edge.

Remove the background past the hill.
Remove the snow from under the end of the tracks and through the end of the railing.
Use the cone tool to remove the old tracks and cover with snow. Add snow to the edges of the new tracks and blend it in.

Add the sky to the background and make it slightly more vibrant.
Adjust the hue of the whole scene to bring more colour out, making it less washed out.

Place the train and use the perspective and deform tool to fit it to the tracks while making it look farther stretched into the distance.
Use the clone and blur tools to remove the happy smiling guy from the window.
Add shadow under the train.
step 5 of 5
Place the sign using the distort and perspective tool to make it face the train a little more.
Use the clone tool to build up snow around the poles.
After that's done, just add a shadow and finished!
