added bird source, taking a selection of the wing and wrping to make tail, liquify tool used to make claws. Duplicated layer and added motion blur.

Title plaque made using the shape tool rounded rectangle filled with gold gradient.

moved to another new document with 2 gradient backgrounds. Using transform perspective on the cover.

with a selection of the cover background I used warp tool to bend the texture for the spine.

used pen tool to create back cover an pages on 3 seperate layers. Filled with various gradients and burn tool.

with paintbrush tool added thickness to the cover & spine. Using a bigger soft brush added highlight to the spine.

added spine text rotating 90 degrees & using a slight warp to fit spine.
