Leaves copied and manipulated to form top of skirt on the source photo. Hair lengthened and leaves added to body and tattoo using cloning tool and shadowing tool.

Here I created the long skirt by cloning to see the effect

I inserted the unfinished woman into the mirror.

Utilizing the cloning, I created the long skirt within the mirror. Then blended all edges. Added more to her hair. Cloned leaves and branches as well as blending. Some shadowing/highlighting added.
