Placed the face of the woman holding the apple over this. Used layer masks, smudging and erasing to blend it in. Left behind some color from each for contrasting makeup look. Kept the eyes from the apple holding woman.

Placed the body of the apple holding woman and removed the apple.

Added in the rose and used the clone tool to add more to the vines. Smudge and blur work well to make the vines look longer.
Placed a petal from the orchid and used deform and distort to make them look like petals twisting in the wind.
Used the color tool on the brush to change the color and make the color seem to be changing as they flew along.

Take the isolated yellow flower and add to the head.
Use the warp and distort tool to make it more hair like.
Add shadow under the flower a bit. Add a second flower on top, deforming differently and adding shadow.
Change the hue to stand out.
Use the channel mixer and colour balance to change the hue of her skin.
Lastly, will add a background, smooth edges and fix contrast and brightness levels.
