The entirety of the image consists of basic shapes. Squares, circles, etc.

Using the warp tool, I formed each shape into what I wanted.

For the mustache and M on the hat, I simply used the lasso tool to form them.

Using the stroke tool I added the outlines to each piece.
step 5 of 5
And voila, there you have the worlds most famous plumber.
