Polar coordinate is used on duplicate and source to get a new design from the source.

With scale tool, the design is now lengthened vertically. This will be duplicated to fill the canvas for background.

From the polar coordinate design, liquify warp is now used to form butterfly shape.

Designs are made on butterfly wings using the burn tool, then filled in with brush tool. Filters will (glass and noise) be used on butterflies, and shadows and highlights made using burn and dodge tools.

Swirly shapes are made from source using liquify warp and smudge tools. These are color changed to several greens.

Cloud difference filter adds more design to the background.

Butterfly is duplicated, each one being slightly reshaped using liquify warp tool. Brush tool adds body to each. Butterflies are scaled to varying sizes, and rotated to a pleasing design. Swirls are added to make image look a bit more intricate.

A gradient layer w rose at top and yellow toward bottom is added at the end, and then orion source is added at 36 % over that.
