This texture made with help from tutorial listed below. I ad-libed some when it came to the settings and instead of a gradient I used a difference cloud layer as the base.
I used layer masking to extract the car. The car was desaturated, inverted and adjustments to the levels. This is the map for the displacement filter used to apply my snake skin texture.

The home made snake skin texture was duplicated several times scaled and transformed for perspective. The displacement filter was used for each major piece of car like the hood, fenders, roof and front clip.

The shadow work was done with soft brush and black color with gaussian blur and opacity adjustments. The lights are brushed in. The woman masked and placed into scene. Some adjustments to the hue/sat and curves were made to the car after it was placed into the scene.
