I combined the contest image with elements taken from an underwater photo I took in Key Largo, Florida.

I adjusted the color and saturation of the contest image. then added the filter: watercolor. Then the filter:poster edges. I then cut and pasted the selected fish images to the photo and changed the colors to match. I added a lens flare to give the image that underwater snapshot.
