I cut out the woman here

In this step I added the sky in the background.

I placed the wings where I wanted then and sized them accordingly.
step 4 of 6
Here I put a layer mask on the wings and woman and created a scattered brush to mask out parts of both the woman and the wings to make them look as though they were disintegrating.
step 5 of 6
I used the same brush as in the previous step except this time I used the eye dropper tool and selected various colors from the wings and the womans hair and arms to create a disintegrating effect.
step 6 of 6
I then used the burn and dodge tools to create shadows and highlights.
