Took the model out of the image and filled in the background

took apart each area of the model so i could liquify each section

used liquify to sculpt the look i wanted

altered the outfit to make her more appealing in my eyes

used the face from my source to give her a more seductive and attractive look

added the "hand drawn" superman symbol, and some muscle and bone definition to the model

Added brown hair, because blonde didn't feel right, and to finalize i gave her some skin tone.

With the Polygon Lasso Tool I drew the diamond shape

filled that shape with red

With a combination of Poly Lasso and Elliptical marquee tool i drew in everything but the "S", then colored it yellow.

with the warp and translate tool, i made it look like it is on the shirt, burned and dodged to add shadow and highlight
