cut out the ear n placed it so it would fall behind the edge of the hat the butcher is wearing. Used transform and warp and a soft eraser to make it fit.

smoothened the edge of the hat with smudge n blur.

Draw the hairs back on the ear using the smudge technique. I took a sample of the color or the ear and draw a small line with that color then i started to smudge the hairs with a very small (size 1) soft brush varying the strength of the brushstrokes. Then I draw another small line with a differnt color sample of the pigear and made more hairs.

completed the pig leg since it was partly cut off. Added a burn on the meat under the piglegs to give some pressure effect in the meet from the far away leg and added some shading and ofcourse i have draw the hair with the smudge technique, I didnt realized pigs have that much hair really LOL
