Cut out the images

Create mist, i've used the fibre filter to create it. You have to stretch it out enourmos to get nice effect and duplicate it several times

Placed turtle and rocks, with the layermask made it look like it came out of the mist

added tree and lions

Add some adjustment layers to blend it all in nicely for the final result
