I used photoshop cs5, i first selected one of my own photos for the hair

used the select tool to select the edges of the hair.
Then used background eraser tool to erase background around hair.
Then i used the duplicate layer tool to duplicate the hair to the photo of the guy,
then used the free transform tool to size the hair right for the guys head.
