Chef is chopped and his hat changed into a tray-like hat using liquify and smudge tools, fitting it into his hand.
step 3 of 7
Turkey is chopped and added, doing some shaping so that it fits angle of tray.
step 4 of 7
Sandwich is now chopped and added to top of the turkey.
step 5 of 7
Tomatoes and rolls have been chopped and added. The filter/motion blur is used on these to give them motion in the air.

Background scene is added, using only a portion of the original photo.
step 7 of 7
Fine tuning is now done to the clothes and skin to remove pock marks. Burn tool is used to add shadows on clothing and floor around the chef.
