1 creating outline using pen tool/stroke path

1 add blue backround and white over all outline of optimus prime

set foreground color=red
set background color=blue
filter/sketch/stamp
use pentool create path of the edges of the building
paint it with red or "stroke path" red color

1 add light shadow

2 add more darker shadow

1. go to path button, click path thumbnail
make selection, highlight blue backgound Layer and delete


2. add text TRANSFORMERS, optimus prime, autobot commander
put all text layers to one group

creating sun burst pattern or rising sun effect

1 set foreground and background color to blue and red color
make new layer, choose Gradiant Tool and drag vertically
