Used a gradient on the texture that was driven by an angle of incidence, so the colors that are directly in front of camera appear purple, while fading to blue as angle of incidence increases.

Rendered file, then processed in photoshop, creating scan lines. Imported back into modo, and used this photo as a driver for a gradient that applied the color burn for the image.

Added a mesh for a black outline around image (since I didn't know whether or not I could post process in photoshop)
