Got rid of paddlers.Clone stamp and pieces extracted with pen tool.

Masked the velociraptor into the scene flipped horizontal to match lighting. Made shadows for the Dino with brush and a copied layer to which I lowered the brightness and blurred it, then skewed it into the perspective...set layer blend to multiply and set the opacity lower.

Took a sample rock from the background and presented it into the foreground added the Croc's and their shadows. Made some adjustments to the croc's jaw and the birds perspective.
