The white part of helicopter was traced with pen tool. A selection copied to new layer. Hue/Sat adjustment> colorize, used to re-color the paint. The ladies were masked with the layer masking function. Adjustments to levels, curves made and some photo filtering applied.
The lady's shadows are copied layers of the women, made dark with the hue/sat adjustment. A slight bit of Gaussian blur was used. The layer's blend modes are multiply and the opacity of each was lowered some.
