Duplicated the blue channel and adjusted the levels on the blue copy

Selected the lips and changed the colour using the variation and adjusted the saturation

Added anew background that was one of my old pictures added a layer mask and painted out her background. Using various brushes painted over her to make her look like a painting and adjusted the curves.cut hair to tidy up her hair
