I started out with one idea, but it morphed into a different idea.

This was all done with photoshop paint

Here she is, all done. Then I cut her in half...*sigh*

I used Layer > Layer Style > Inner Shadow and Emboss to shade the grapes, then Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation to change the color of some of them.

Added text and then used Filter > Filter gallery > Sponge, Filter > Noise > Add Noise and Image > Adjustments > Photo Filter, Warming to finish
