Fill the background with Radial Gradient. Cut the grass of source 1 photo and tree of the source 2 and adjust as the photo. For the machine interval, make selection with path tool and fill with brown. And add some shades and highlights.

Text with the font(Edwardian Script ITC) and warped text. And create two pipes from machine interval with path tool. Color is gray. And add some required shades and hightlights. In this photo, light is come from upper right. Draw a plug and wire with path tool and brush it with colors as you can see in the photo(black, white, gray and red). Not forget to add some shades for those. And blur it with Gaussian Blur(1.0).

To create glass under the machine interval, make selection with path tool. And brush it with round brush (white, opacity 10%), once or twice overall the area. Then, brush blending to screen, opacity 10% and brush the side of the area to be reflected. Add some for comfortable. Make reflect of '2013' and pipes on the glass. Make some water drops fall on the glass and it has to be also reflected.

Make some factory smokes with Smoke brushes(Thanks to Denny Tang). I like to create a cigarette under the smokes. So, make it with path tool and brush it. Add some reflects of cigarette.

Make some finishing touches(I used gradient map to warm the photo). And high pass it also if you may like.
