I took a picture of my drawing and open it in paint tool sai

i lower the opacity of the picture i took to see the lines i'll make for tracing

then, i traced the drawing.

this is the line art. i also changed the size of the canvass and crop the unnecessary spaces.

then i started putting the base colors. because this is an orc, so skin color is green

then , next was the shadow.
i used blur tool here to create some shades.

then next was the shadows for the helmet and armor. I also put some highlights to show the sources of lights

as you can see, i changed the color of the eyes because i think that color is much better. it is a color between red and orange.
i put some shadows in the earrings and teeth too.

after putting all the needed shadows, next was the eyes. i put first the pupil.

don't forget to put some highlights in the eyes too. it make the eyes much life

because it's all about a sad monster who's being alone, i put tears in his right eye.
